Our Mission
VOCHEI aims to help underprivileged children in Cabaret to achieve optimal educational goals, to provide funding and necessary materials to public schools. VOCHEI also provides comprehensive medical care and health education to the community. The mission of VOCHEI is to unite and to enhance our society by, reconstructing family and cultural values, as well as, to inspire, educate, and motivate Haitians living in the United States and abroad.
Our Purpose
Established in 2015, VOCHEI is a Massachussetts based non-profit organization with the purpose to bring forth positive changes to the living conditions of Cabaretins worldwide. We have been operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. VOCHEI is committed to helping the citizens of Cabaret through health, education, reforestation and infrastructure. We have been sponsoring the education of many deserving school children, as well as providing medical care to hundreds. We are also striving to improve the debilitated infrastructures with the goal to build playgrounds and recreation centers for children, and reforesting the barren soil.
